Safety
- Doors and windows should remain closed at all times to allow the AC/heat to function properly.
- Children must be supervised at all times (stay out of the ponds; do not throw rocks in the pond; do not hang on ropes; do not climb rock walls or rails).
- No smoking in building–receptacles are provided on the deck.
- No open flames of any kind on the property or inside the building.
- Notify us, as soon as possible, of unsafe conditions.
Setup/Decorating
- No tape, Command strips, or holes on/in drywall. There are permanent hooks on the posts and window frames.
- No confetti, glitter, or silk petals, please!
- No open flames.
- Use two people to handle tables.
- Place a mat under beer kegs or drippy service items.
- Use trash bags in trashcans (these are provided).

Cleanup/Tear down
- Bridal Room is included in these guidelines
- Return all carts, tables, and chairs to inside, if previously moved.
- Place folded tables along walls.
- Sweep floors (brooms and vacuums are provided).
- Place trash outside on the deck in tied bags.
- Leave dirty dishtowels on the counter (these are provided).
- Check bathrooms, lawn, and parking lot for trash.
- Turn off heat or air conditioning.
- Turn out lights.
